OLD BUSINESS:
The minutes of 8/8/01 were accepted as written and signed.
The minutes of 8/15/01 were accepted as written and signed.
NEW BUSINESS:
SUBJECT: Road Agent assistant, A J May
HIGHLIGHTS:
A J is continuing the roadside mowing.
A J will check with NHMA about closing a road to “No Thru Trucking”.
SUBJECT: Board discussion
HIGHLIGHTS:
Carol Harkness is asking for the same salt contract as the Morses. Judy will check into the contract.
The Board agreed that Heather should be working more hours in order to learn more about the office procedures. Judy worked with the budget and determined that she would work up to 30 hours and Heather would work 20. By cutting Judy’s hours back we should stay within the budget for this year.
